Bath Installer
Westside Shower & Bath
Location: Atlanta Metro Area, GA (and surrounding areas)
Pay:
12%–15% of the total job cost (based on experience and performance)
Westside Shower & Bath is looking for experienced and dependable Bath Installers to join our growing team. We specialize in transforming bathrooms with high-quality bath and shower solutions that improve the comfort, style, and value of our customers’ homes.
This is a great opportunity for skilled installers who take pride in their craftsmanship and want the ability to earn based on the quality and volume of work they complete.
What You’ll Do- Install acrylic bath and shower systems
- Complete bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
- Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work
- Complete carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing tasks as needed
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Protect customer property throughout the installation process
- Complete job documentation and installation photos
- Experience in bathroom remodeling or bath/shower installation preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction tools and installation techniques
- Ability to read measurements and complete accurate installations
- Experience with carpentry and trim work
- Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently
- Competitive percentage-based pay: 12%–15% of total job cost
