We’re looking for professionals with hands‑on welding or fabrication experience — whether gained through training, trade school, personal projects, or previous roles where welding was just part of the job.

If you're a skilled MIG welder, can read basic blueprints, and are eager to work in a fast‑paced, supportive environment, we want to talk to you.

• MIG welding using a pulse voltage
• Custom fabrication will demand the ability to read blueprints
• JIG fabricators will do more tack welding, laying the groundwork for the finish welders to "pretty up”.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Skilled in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques
• Skilled in MIG welding and operating power tools
• Experience with hand tools and basic math for precise measurements
• Familiarity with construction sites and safety protocols
• Knowledge of rigging, mechanical systems, and pipe threading
• Ability to work with sheet metal and perform ductwork tasks
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and TIG welding techniques

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

- Team members must be able to commute to Chattanooga, TN. Team members must have at least 1 year of experience.
