Key Responsibilities Work alongside lead technicians on commercial and industrial job sites
Assist with HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
Help organize tools, materials, and equipment
Learn commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and components
Follow all safety procedures meticulously Maintain an organized work area and company vehicle
Required Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitudeHVAC experience is a big plus Valid driver's license
Insurable driving record
Must be comfortable working with hand and power tools
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Safety-conscious and team-oriented
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the service area Learn a Trade. Build a Career.
