Plumbing Technician

Lee Company is seeking an Experienced Plumbing Technician/Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems on residential, commercial, and light industrial projects. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and backflow devices while following all codes and safety procedures. You'll diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and provide high-quality, customer-focused service. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and perform effective repairs and replacements.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and company standards.
• Perform testing, inspection, and verification of system functionality and safety.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members about work performed and recommended solutions.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Document work performed, materials used, and time on job tickets or digital systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and support mentoring of less experienced technicians.
