This is a full-time, on-site Finish Carpenter role based in the Greater Chattanooga area. The Finish Carpenter will complete interior and exterior trim work, including doors, windows, baseboards, crown molding, custom cabinetry, and other detailed woodwork in luxury custom homes. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting plans, measuring and cutting materials, installing fixtures and finishes, and ensuring work meets Cole Construction's standards of precision and craftsmanship.

The role involves daily use of hand tools and power tools, collaborating with supervisors and other trade professionals, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The Finish Carpenter will also assist with problem-solving on complex design details and support quality inspections and punch-list completion.

• Strong carpentry and finish carpentry skills with experience in high-end residential or custom home projects
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, including safe operation and basic maintenance
• Experience with framing and knowledge of structural basics relevant to interior and exterior finishing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• High attention to detail, accurate measuring, and precise cutting and installation
• Reliable work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work effectively on-site and as part of a team
• Commitment to jobsite safety and familiarity with OSHA or similar safety standards
• Previous experience in custom or luxury residential construction
• Valid driver's license, reliable tools, and dependable transportation to job sites
