Job Overview
We are hiring Case Managers, Counselors, Specialists, and Mental Health Techs to support clients across Hamilton & McMinn Counties, Tennessee. Join the McNabb Center’s mission‑driven team dedicated to improving the lives of the people we serve.
LocationsHamilton County and McMinn County, Tennessee.
Roles & Responsibilities- Case Managers – Deliver integrated, person‑centered care, develop treatment plans, manage caseloads, help clients navigate systems, and advocate on their behalf.
- Health Link Care Coordinator
- Safety Net Case Manager
- OAC District 10 Case Manager (Monroe Co.)
- Specialists & Counselors – Provide services such as information and referrals, advocacy, home visits, and individualized goal support.
- OnTrack Peer Support Specialist
- TMI Peer Recovery Specialist
- Child Development Specialist
- CYHOP Case Manager
- Mental Health Techs – Support clients in 24/7 supportive housing facilities, monitor clients, complete intakes, facilitate groups, conduct safety checks, and create a structured environment. Shift‑based schedule (Evenings, Overnights, Weekends, Holidays) with shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
- Case Managers – Starting pay: $18.21 / hour (based on education, experience, and position).
- Specialists & Counselors – Starting pay: $17.40 / hour (based on education, experience, and position).
- Mental Health Techs (Bachelor’s level) – Starting pay: $18.79 / hour (full‑time). High school‑level positions available (see separate posting).

Compensation Details – 17.4–18.79 hourly wage.
