The Hamilton County Supportive Housing Team Leader at Helen Ross McNabb Center oversees a multidisciplinary team providing housing-focused behavioral health services to vulnerable adults. This role coordinates intake, assessment, housing placement, and ongoing case management to help clients secure and maintain safe, stable housing. The Team Leader provides clinical oversight and supervision, ensures trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, and collaborates with landlords, community partners, and internal clinical teams.

Responsibilities include monitoring program outcomes, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting crisis response, and contributing to staff training and program improvement within a mission-driven, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a supportive housing team serving adults with behavioral health needs in Hamilton County
  • Coordinate intake, assessment, housing placement, and ongoing case management services
  • Develop and monitor individualized service and housing stability plans
  • Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and supervision to case managers and support staff
  • Collaborate with landlords, community agencies, and internal clinical teams to secure and sustain housing
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, grants, and state and federal regulations
  • Track outcomes, complete documentation, and prepare reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Facilitate crisis intervention, problem-solving, and linkage to community resources
