Jobtailor seeks a dedicated youth and family clinician to support at‑risk youth in home and community settings. You will manage a caseload of 4–6 families, conduct sessions three times weekly, and coordinate with providers to create treatment plans.
Travel up to 60–80 miles, attend weekly meetings, and provide on‑call crisis support while documenting in an EMR. A Bachelor’s degree in social services is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
