Full-Stack Engineer

Harmony AI is hiring Full-Stack Engineers for its US and Mexico teams. Many roles are deployed — you relocate to a plant and ship software inside the environment it runs in. You will work on a Python + Type Script + React + Postgres + Docker/K8s + Terraform stack powering the AI operating system for American manufacturing.

• Build and ship features directly inside manufacturing plant environments
• Develop across the full stack:
  Python backend, Type Script/React frontend, Postgres, Docker/K8s
• Work with real‑time machine data, telematics streams, and AI‑assisted factory workflows
• Own features end to end from problem definition to plant deployment
• Collaborate closely with factory operators, engineers, and the founding team
• Iterate rapidly — this is a high‑ownership, high‑velocity environment

• $175K–$300K + meaningful equity (depending on level)
• High‑ownership role with direct user exposure
• Founder‑led, mission‑driven team transforming American manufacturing
• Fast iteration — ship a feature in the morning, a plant manager uses it by afternoon
• Deployment to customer sites across the US

• Strong full‑stack engineering experience with Type Script and Python
• React proficiency for frontend work
• Comfort with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
• High ownership mindset — you thrive with ambiguity and real users
• US or Mexico based (some roles require deployment to customer plant sites)
