CDL A Driver Tanker & Hazmat Drivers for Cryogenics Out 21 Home 7 (Full Time)

Class A CDL truck drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, offers generous home time and excellent benefits. Cryogenic experience is not required; training is provided.

• First‑year pay ranges from $80K to $106K with drivers starting at $300.30 per day and an increase of $3 per day every six months to a cap of $324 per day. Trainers earn an additional $100 per day if they train new hires.
• Training is shadow training: you drive your own truck while the trainer drives theirs. Drivers are paid $125 per day and receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of training. Assigned trucks are 579 Petes with automatic transmission; no slip seating.

• Full benefits begin after 60 days and include great medical coverage, a 401(k) with matching, and one week of vacation in the first 52 weeks.

• Run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states; opting out of any region is not allowed.
• Home breaks up to 7 days are paid by the company. The company covers flights home and back; if you live within 200 miles you may drive home. You can stay out longer than 21 days, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless you use vacation.
• All applicants must have a tanker and hazmat endorsement at the time of application.
• Felony convictions disqualify applicants.
• Failure or refusal to pass a DOT drug test is disqualifying regardless of any SAP completion.
• At least one year of OTR or regional driving experience in the last three years is required.
• Relatively clean motor‑vehicle record (MVR).
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
