We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and at least 3 years of experience using Cargo Wise software. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient export of goods, maintaining compliance with international regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Coordinate and manage the export process from start to finish.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Utilize Cargo Wise software to manage shipments, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all export activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
• At least 3 years of experience using Cargo Wise software.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
