class a drivers with 6 months verifiable experience to run dedicated regional account with average weekly pay of $1670-$2000/wk. Drivers are home weekends (either friday night to sunday am or saturday night to monday am – drivers cannot choose home time option based on seniority and needs) with full benefits starting after 60 days.
please note that this is 100% touch with driver putting boxes on conveyor belt (avg weight 2-24lbs). Driver does not stock in the store or take boxes into store only puts on conveyor.
drivers can take trucks home with them.
full benefits (medical, dental, 401k with matching, pto) after 60 days.
drivers will be running sc, nc, ga, al, tn, ky, va, wv, and oh.
drivers paid cpm and load pay. Cpm is based on experience and ranges from .70 cpm to .84 cpm and each load pays $320/wk with drivers averaging 2-3 per week.
please note that you can never have failed or refused a dot drug or alcohol test ever. No exceptions.
hiring is within these areas:
- 120 miles of shelby, nc
- 50 miles of lexington, ky, knoxville, tn, chattanooga, tn
- 25 miles of roanoke
requirements:
- at least 21 years of age
- 6 months of otr, regional, or local experience – cannot count time at truck driving school or with trainer. Must be as part of legitimate team or solo.
- no more than 2 moving violations in the last year.
- no serious moving violations (careless/reckless, leaving scene, etc.).
- no felonies in the last ten years and must be reviewed by safety.
- no misdemeanors in the last four years and must be reviewed by safety.
- no dot preventable accidents in the last five years.
- must have updated dot physical with 75 days remaining by orientation date.
