Regional freight momentum and coordinated dispatch help keep drivers moving on established routes with consistent weekly home time. Jamie Tharpe Trucking is hiring CDL‑A drivers for a dedicated account in Chattanooga, TN 37401.
What you will get paid:Earn $1,425 to $1,625 per week, including CPM plus unload pay.
In addition to competitive weekly pay, drivers are eligible for safe and on‑time bonuses, stop pay, and detention pay for qualifying work performed throughout the week.
What you will drive:Operate late‑model Freightliner Cascadia trucks that are less than three years old.
Our on‑site staff and maintenance teams help keep equipment running reliably and provide support when needed, helping drivers stay on schedule and keep freight moving.
When you will get home:Drivers are home every week for a 34‑hour reset.
Consistent routes and dependable scheduling help provide a predictable workweek and reliable home time while allowing drivers to build familiarity with their assigned freight.
What kind of freight you will haul:This dedicated account includes driver unload deliveries to customers on established regional routes.

Drivers stay active while hauling dedicated freight and benefit from familiar delivery locations and coordinated dispatch throughout the week.

Valid CDL‑A license required.
At least 3 months of tractor‑trailer experience in the last 12 months, or more time in the truck than out in the last 10 years.
