The Vehicle Service Agent is responsible for servicing and inspecting rental vehicles for customer use, transporting vehicles from the service area to customer pick-up, maintaining gas logs, and keeping the work area clean.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and service rental vehicles for customer use
- Review the inspection checklist to ensure vehicles are properly prepared
- Transport customers to and from the rental center as required
- Deliver vehicles to appropriate locations as directed
- Maintain the service area, equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies
- Maintain gas logs and other logs as requested by management
- Inspect and park cars as directed
- Perform related duties as required or assigned
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle report
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work all required shifts
- Willing to work outside in nearly all weather conditions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position reports to the Service Supervisor and Location Manager.

- Extensive physical activity when cleaning and servicing vehicles
- Twisting, bending, walking, getting in and out of vehicles, driving, and inspecting vehicles
