, and we’re excited to offer a hands-on Warehouse Operations Internship for college students interested in supply chain, logistics, data, or operations.

This internship gives college students real operational experience in a dynamic warehouse environment. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Leads, Operations Managers, and even cross-functional teams to learn how a high-growth logistics company runs day-to-day.

You won’t just “pick items.” You’ll participate in meaningful operational processes, learn our systems, analyze workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in intake, sorting, and organizing incoming products
• Help prepare bundles for Traveler Assignments using Shappi’s internal tools
• Support outbound operations: staging, labeling, and verifying shipments before dispatch
• Monitor and restock warehouse supplies as needed

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose improvements
• Support new tool/process testing with the Tech and Ops teams

• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and safe
• Support onboarding or shadowing of other interns when needed

• End-to-end logistics workflow inside a global supply chain startup
• Inventory systems, operational accuracy, and real-time issue handling
• How Ops, Tech, CX, and Logistics teams collaborate
• Startup operations, rapid experimentation, and process iteration
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in live environments

• Currently enrolled in college or university
• Interest in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Comfortable learning warehouse and inventory tools
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active during shifts
• Dependable, organized, and proactive
• Prior warehouse/operations/startup experience is a plus
