You’ll help technicians, customers, service teams, and warehouse operations get the right parts, at the right time, with the right urgency—helping minimize downtime and keep entire operations productive.

What You’ll Do- Process parts inquiries, orders, quotes, returns, and customer requests
- Assist technicians and customers with identifying correct replacement parts and equipment solutions
- Research availability, compatibility, pricing, and sourcing options
- Deliver responsive, professional customer support with urgency and accuracy
- Build long-term customer relationships through reliability and service excellence
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations
- Receive, stock, pull, organize, and distribute parts inventory
- Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and logistics coordination
- Process purchase orders, invoices, vendor documentation, and shipping records
- Utilize ERP, inventory management, and dealership systems to track parts and inventory activity
- Coordinate with service managers, technicians, vendors, and operations teams
- Support aftermarket operations and equipment service workflow efficiency

Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience is a plus.
What We’re Looking For- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of experience in parts support, service, or inventory operations within:
- Material handling
- Forklift
- Heavy equipment
- Agriculture
- Automotive industries
- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment systems preferred
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or parts systems
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Forklift experience is a plus
