  • Assist customers at the front counter, over the phone, and through parts and service order requests.
  • Look up parts using online vendor systems, internal resources, parts books, and team knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Parts Team, Upfit Technicians, and customers to support timely, accurate communication.

  • Pull customer orders, stock inventory, support warehouse organization, and assist with shop orders.
  • Maintain quick‑reference information for common parts to help serve customers efficiently.
  • Safely operate equipment such as a forklift when trained and authorized.
  • Support the service department and perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma, trade school, related training, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Customer service, parts, warehouse, inventory, equipment, automotive, construction, logistics, retail, or service department experience is helpful.
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest in learning equipment parts and service processes is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfort using computers, online lookup tools, email, and general business software.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to stay organized, follow through on details, and work as part of a team.
  • Current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain required certifications such as forklift, MSHA, First Aid, CPR, or other job‑related credentials.
  • Ability to successfully complete required pre‑employment screening, which may include background check, post‑offer drug screen, DOT physical, and WorkSTEPS functional capacity testing.
Why This Role May Be a Great Fit
  • You enjoy helping people and solving practical problems.
  • You like work that combines customer interaction, computer‑based lookup, inventory, and hands‑on activity.
  • You are interested in learning more about equipment, parts, service operations, or the heavy equipment industry.
  • You want an opportunity with training, teamwork, and room to build valuable skills over time.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
  • This position may require sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, climbing, reaching overhead, and moving throughout the work area.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work indoors and outdoors in various climates and temperatures.
  • The work environment may include moving mechanical parts, electrical systems, hazardous materials, fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment must be worn as required.
What We Offer
  • A safety‑focused, team‑oriented work environment.
  • Training and support to learn parts, service, systems, and customer processes.
  • Opportunities to grow skills in customer service, inventory, warehouse operations, and equipment support.
  • Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other company‑sponsored benefits for eligible employees.
  • A company culture that values dependable people, strong customer relationships, and long‑term career development.
