** Your Opportunity, Your Team
*** The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN and Support Operations by coordinating daily workload monitoring inventory quality processes, and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments. You'll help improve accuracy, workflow efficiency, and team performance while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.

* Schedule:

Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.  + You will report to the Assurance Services Area Manager.
** Where You'll Work
*** You will be fully onsite at our Piney Flats, TN Fulfillment Center. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
** What You'll Do
*** Conduct daily workload planning and delegate team assignments.
* Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve accuracy and productivity.
* Perform root cause analysis on inventory quality issues and support corrective actions.
* Complete daily reporting and communicate inventory‐related updates to leadership.
* Monitor incoming emails and communications regarding inventory quality concerns and ensure follow‐up.
* Work with the Area Manager and other Team Leads to maintain proper workflow.
* Support training projects and help foster a positive, team‐oriented culture.
** What You'll Bring
*** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree.
* Leadership experience required.
* 1–2 years warehouse experience and 1–2 years inventory control or quality experience.
* Problem‐solving skills in fast‐paced operational environments.
* Foster collaboration and support a positive team culture.
