Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Chattanooga, TN to coach and lead warehouse associates, ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
You will train new teammates, supervise shipping/receiving, inventory counts, and operate powered industrial equipment as needed, while backing the supervisor when required.
A background in distribution operations, 2+ years experience, and forklift certification are preferred, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
