Job OverviewLeads all warehouse and logistics operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient material flow supporting manufacturing. Responsible for people leadership, inventory accuracy, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise Logistics Leads and overall warehouse operations.
Manage staffing, hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
Oversee receiving, inventory control, kitting, material handling, and line delivery.
Own inventory accuracy, cycle count program, and annual physical inventory.
Lead warehouse safety, OSHA compliance, and forklift certification program.
Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, labor utilization, and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications/RequirementsHigh School Diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5+ years warehouse/logistics experience in manufacturing preferred.
2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and material flow.
Strong organizational/administrative/leadership and time management skills.
SAP experience required.
EWM experience preferred.
Forklift certification required or ability to obtain.
Proven success with continuous improvement initiatives.
