Job Description Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving and processing shipments, managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; verify contents against shipping documents and purchase orders.
Accurately pick, pack, stage, and deliver materials or products to support operational needs.
Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
Participate in cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling tools.
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
Complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to support efficient warehouse operations and on-time deliveries.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
Ability to learn and utilize inventory management and warehouse software systems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.

Preferred Skills

Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
Shipping and receiving knowledge.
Material handling and warehouse organization.
Data entry and recordkeeping accuracy.
