Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule:
On-site, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: $15.71 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving and processing shipments, managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; verify contents against shipping documents and purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, stage, and deliver materials or products to support operational needs.
- Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Participate in cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling tools.
- Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support efficient warehouse operations and on-time deliveries.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to learn and utilize inventory management and warehouse software systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience.
- Shipping and receiving knowledge.
- Material handling and warehouse organization.
- Data entry and recordkeeping accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
