You know how to get a shift organized, coach someone through a tough day, and adjust when volume or staffing changes. We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who brings that kind of leadership to a busy distribution center in the Chattanooga area.

Where you’ll make an impact- Lead frontline associates in inbound or outbound warehouse operations
- Match staffing and daily priorities to production goals
- Build team capability through training, feedback, and accountability
- Use WMS reports to identify problems and improve performance
- Keep safety and quality central to how the work gets done
- 2+ years of warehouse or distribution supervisory experience
- The ability to set clear expectations and follow through
- Strong communication and practical problem-solving skills
- WMS and automated distribution experience preferred
