Ensure club pick up orders are filled by notifying when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable; offering alternatives;
Assist members with loading purchases and transporting items to their vehicles;
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility; conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe conditions;
Provide exceptional customer service; acknowledge members and assist with purchases and transactions;
Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and keep parking lot clean.
