SHIFT:
Full-Time, Days

RATE: $36 - $39/hr. (depending on experience) Plus Sign-On-Bonus $7500

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will have a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Directing, coordinating, and supervising the activities of all nursing staff engaged in a designated unit

* Authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall management of residents in a designated unit

* Responsible for transmitting each unit's staff concerns to the appropriate department supervisor.

* Maintenance of Resident Care Plans and the overall management of resident care

REQUIREMENTS:

* Degree from an accredited school of nursing

* Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York required

* Must have a minimum of one year of experience in nursing service administration. Additional education or experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.

* Must possess knowledge of state, federal, and local long-term care regulations.

* Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable

* Strong customer service skills and compassion
