Collaborate with team to build a strong meat team; communicate with team members and be flexible to work in other areas;
Demonstrate knowledge of floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and sanitation; cut, wrap, trim meat products to standards; maintain product quality;
Leverage handheld technology and digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and affect production decisions with customers in mind; adapt to new tools;
Ensure operational excellence and maintain work area per policies; ensure meat products meet quality and dating standards; secure fragile/high-shrink merchandise; reduce waste; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage;
Provide exceptional customer service to members; maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; model high quality service and products; demonstrate energy and commitment to the work.
