Dental Hygienist – Chehalis Dental Care

Chehalis Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a qualified Dental Hygienist in Washington State to join our team.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral member of the patient care team, providing comprehensive preventive care, patient education, and support to the dental team.

• Current dental hygienist license in Washington State and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs
• Ability to respond to clinical needs as required by office

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; reasonable accommodations available for disabilities
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• TB test required for new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement, except in FL & TN)
