What you’ll need to bring- Current Washington State certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
- Familiarity with a variety of disabilities and the ability to adapt support to individual needs
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills to help guide student interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Organizational skills to manage case loads, documentation, and intervention planning
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students with diverse abilities
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct support, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
- Engage with families and educators to foster supportive learning environments
- Use data‑driven decision making to recommend strategies and drive positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards
The role offers a consistent schedule:
