Full-time outpatient Family Practice opportunity in a collaborative community health setting
Schedule options: 4x10s or 5x8s
Gradual onboarding with ramp-up to approximately 18 patients/day
Treat pediatric through geriatric patients
Team-based environment focused on underserved populations
$136,000 – $151,000 DOE
Relocation assistance available
PSLF & HRSA eligible
128 PTO hours first year + 8 paid holidays

FTCA malpractice coverage provided
RequirementsActive WA ARNP or PA-C license
Active DEA required
Family Practice/FNP background preferred
Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
Comfortable practicing across all age groups
