Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district near Chehalis, Washington to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming fall semester. Whether you're an experienced school-based SLPA or looking to expand your pediatric experience, this is a great opportunity to support students' communication goals while working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. The district is actively interviewing and eager to hire.

• Full-time, contract position
• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule
• September 2026 - December 2026
• Elementary school, preschool - 2nd grade students on caseload

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
• Support students in areas including articulation, language development, social communication, fluency, and other communication goals as appropriate
• Participate in team meetings and other activities as directed by the supervising SLP and district

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant program
• Active Washington SLPA license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.88 to $46.88. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
