Position: Part-Time Benefits & Employee Relations Coordinator

Sylvania is seeking a Benefits and Employee Relations Coordinator for the Chehalis School District. This role involves administering employee benefits, managing leave programs, and providing support in employee relations. You will be the key contact for SEBB benefits and help foster positive employee experiences across the district.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and preferably experience in HR within public education. The position is set for 20 hours per week, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026.
