Retrofit HVAC Lead Technician

$45–$65/hr | Local Work Only | 4-Day Workweeks

Emerge Home Services is looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to run Service & Sales Leads. This position involves diagnosing problems, providing solutions, and driving to jobs that are about an hour away. It will offer a wide variety of work! Workflow:
After being dispatched to a call, we expect a Lead HVAC Tech to be able to ask the right questions, explain the right things, and provide the right solutions – all while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

• Full‑Time Position (4x10s)
• Residential Retrofit Service/Sales/Installs
• Add‑On System Integrations
• Full System Swaps
• Lead and Train an Assistant
• Work in Attics, Crawlspaces & Confined Areas
• Follow Proven Emerge Systems

• $45–$65/hr based on experience
• Performance‑Based Bonus (5% of Job Profit)
• 100% Company‑Paid Health Insurance (Employee & Spouse Only)
• Paid Time Off per WA State Law

• 1 or 2 years HVAC Experience
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver’s License
• Able to Pass Background Check & Drug Test
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficient with Technology
• Strong Troubleshooting and Mechanical/Construction Knowledge
