Lead the predictive and preventative maintenance of Walmart facilities within the regional area, managing a team of technicians, coordinating with store managers and contractors, and ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable operations.

• Require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
• Work directly with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility services needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance operations.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to uphold good standing with relevant authorities.
• Participate in training programs to stay current with regulatory requirements, conduct site inspections, and monitor compliance and quality standards.
• Obtain and secure all necessary permits and schedule inspections as mandated by pertinent mechanical or building codes.

• General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years optimal.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience.
• Leadership skills – able to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving skills – root cause and breakdown analysis experience.

• EPA Universal Certification.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma.
• Current Washington Plumbing Contractor license;
  Master Plumber.
• Maintain Mechanical Contractor Licenses in state of employment.

Licensed Master Plumber and 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, electrical maintenance, engineering, or related area, OR 3 years’ experience in the above areas with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. EPA 608 certification within 90 days of hire. Master Electrician License or equivalent in the state of employment.

Building controls or related area experience; experience leading cross‑functional teams; supervisory experience;
Type I and Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
