Production Laborers

Overview

Experienced Welder | Hiring Immediately | Weekly Pay $21.00/hr

Compensation: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE).

Work Schedule:

Swing Shift, 1:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Thursday). Job Type: Temporary. Anticipated

Start Date:

ASAP (next-day start may be available). Weekly Pay. Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.

• Build high-quality welds on metal projects you can be proud of.
• Read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings before starting work.
• Source materials needed for each project.
• Measure, mark, and cut materials to specification.
• Weld using appropriate processes and settings to join metals (e.g., TIG, MMA).
• Verify finished work meets blueprint tolerances.
• Produce consistent, quality welds — must be able to lay a bead.
• Follow safety standards and use required PPE (face shield, gloves, etc.).

• Required
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment, and manual tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program

• AWS welding certificate

• Preferred
• Additional professional welding certifications (AWS or similar).
