Warehouse / Production Associate

Location: Chehalis, Washington
Job Type: On-Call / Part-Time (Opportunity for Full-Time)
Pay: $17 $ 18 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse / Production Associate to join our team in Chehalis, WA. This is an on-call, part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who lives in or near Chehalis and is looking for flexible work with long-term opportunity.

• Assist with production and manufacturing tasks

• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment

• Load and unload materials and finished goods

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

• Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)

• Support team members and supervisors as needed

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Ability to lift 25 50 lbs consistently

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Forklift experience is a plus (but not required)

• Must have reliable transportation

• Preference given to applicants living in Chehalis or surrounding areas

• On-call / part-time hours based on production needs

• Opportunity to transition into full-time employment
