Field Force Merchandising - Reset Merchandisers

We are seeking Reset Merchandisers for pharmacy conversion resets. The role reports to a Team Lead and involves executing merchandising tasks according to established planograms (POGs).

• Conversion Work
  :
  Set Plan‑O‑Grams (POGs). Reset experience is mandatory.
• Team Collaboration
  :
  Report directly to the Team Lead for POGs and project direction.
• Punctuality
  :
  Promptly adhere to project timelines and schedules.
• Task Execution
  :
  Follow project instructions accurately, provide exceptional service, and submit detailed reports with data and photos.
• Relationship Building
  :
  Develop positive working relationships with Team Leads and fellow team members.

• Mandatory Reset Experience
  :
  You must have reset experience. No exceptions.
• POG Proficiency
  :
  Must be able to read and implement Plan‑O‑Grams accurately.
• Physical requirements
  :
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and lift over head.
  • Able to stand for extended periods (up to 10‑hour workdays).
• Attention to Detail
  :
  Highly detail‑oriented, able to follow instructions and provide accurate data and photos.
• Team‑Oriented
  :
  Ability to build strong, positive relationships with Team Leads and co‑workers.

Pay rate based on experience. Drive time and mileage compensation included.
