** What you'll be doing as a Counter Sales And Parts Specialist:*
* + Assist walk-in and call-in customers with parts inquiries and purchases

+ Identify, source, and order parts for a variety of construction equipment

+ Maintain accurate inventory records and track incoming/outgoing parts

+ Process sales transactions and create invoices

+ Build strong relationships with contractors, operators, and vendors

+ Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

+ Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability

+ Keep the parts counter and warehouse organized and clean

** Available shifts:*
* Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

* Job requirements:

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ Previous experience in parts sales, construction equipment, or automotive parts preferred

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Basic computer skills (inventory systems, ordering platforms, POS systems)

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment is a plus

+ Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

+ Customer Service, knowledge of rental equipment
