Job Description

Cresline, a privately held leading manufacturer of plastic pipe serving the irrigation, plumbing, water well, hardware, industrial, and municipal wholesale distribution markets, is seeking a proactive, motivated, and coachable individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Representative. This position is based out of our Cresline-Northwest facility in Chehalis, WA, and requires extensive travel across the assigned territory (Oregon, Idaho, and Northern California).

• Customer Engagement:
  Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
• Sales & Promotion:
  Presenting, promoting, and selling products to existing and prospective customers across the wholesale distribution network.
• Service:
  Providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Strategy & Travel:
  Developing territorial sales forecasting and strategies and regularly traveling throughout the sales territories to support the customer base.
• Trade Shows:
  Participating in regional trade shows.

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
• Proven prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently (field-based) and collaborate effectively as part of a regional team.

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
