As a Shop Mechanic, you will work on all makes and models of agricultural equipment in the shop, ensuring repairs are accurate and timely to support our customers and maximize uptime. Each day you will analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions or failures, then repair, replace or rebuild engines, transmissions, carburetors, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components (pump motors, valves, etc.),

electrical systems, air systems, and assist with pre‑delivery setup and installation on all John Deere equipment and allied products.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with small engines and agricultural equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems.
• Team‑oriented personality, able to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self‑motivation and assertiveness.
• Must provide own tools.

Pay ranges from $27‑38 per hour, depending on experience.
