Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Cap and Cove Multi Trader to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector.

The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties/schools and commercial buildings across Chelmsford, Colchester and surrounding area's.

This is a temporary to permanent position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.

Main duties include:

• Multi Trader
• Cap and Cove
• Basic carpentry repairs
• Lock fits/repairs
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Patch plastering
• Painting & decorating
• Splash back tiling

Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Cap and Cove Multi Trader role.
