Remedial Plumber - Chelmsford

£35000-£42000 + Van + Benefits (+ Overtime)

Due to new contracts, our client, one of the largest privately owned building services consultancy in the country, are growing their remedial team. They currently require a Remedial Plumber to cover the East London region including Central London.

Working on commercial sites including high‑rise buildings, healthcare facilities, and iconic locations across the region, the Remedial Plumber will require the following background:

• A minimum of 5+ years' experience working as a Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber on sites across the London /South‑East area.
• Experience in TMV Servicing, Dead Legs, Pipework refit/modifications and Tank refits/upgrades.
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
• Full driving license.
• DBS check (enhanced preferred).
