Essential Duties and Responsibilities *

• Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions from invoices and/or dispatch software.
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Update receivables and collect on unpaid invoices.
• Maintain records.
• Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Protect company value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Participate actively in all formal exercises and on‑the‑job training.
• Additional duties as needed.
