Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* * Post revenues by verifying and entering transactions form invoices and/or dispatch software.

* Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

* Update receivables and collect on unpaid invoices.

* Maintain records.

* Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers

* Resolve discrepancies.

* Protect company value by keeping information confidential.

* Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

* Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the job training.

* Additional duties as needed.
