Accounts Payable Analyst

Responsibilities

Responsible for full cycle of Accounts Payable from processing vendor invoices through an ERP system to final payment. Review employees’ expense reports to ensure they comply with the Corporate Policy. Communicating with departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and processing vendor payments and month end closing procedures.

• Vouching vendor invoices and resolving any discrepancies in matching invoices to purchase order and receipts.
• Vouching employee expense reports and enforcing the travel policy.
• Complete weekly check runs for vendor and employee expense payments.
• Assist with Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly A/P closing including but not limited to 1099s.
• Organizing and filing documents, assisting with inquiries from vendors and employees.
• Provide support to the Senior Accountant and Accounting Manager.
• Special projects as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
