A well-established asbestos consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a strong workload across Chelmsford and the surrounding areas
.
The role offers a good balance of work, with approximately 70% domestic and 30% commercial projects
, providing variety without being overly pressured. The company operates with clear processes and realistic expectations, offering long-term stability within a supportive team.

- Delivering Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG
264 - Working across predominantly domestic properties with some commercial sites
- Managing your own workload effectively
- Ensuring all work meets current legislation and HSE guidance
- Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance
