Assistant Teacher – Chelmsford, MA

We are seeking passionate educators to support our curriculum and care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years at the newly opened Gardner School campus in Chelmsford, MA.

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age‑appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Provide nurturing guidance that supports children’s emotional and behavioral development.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom by supporting daily routines, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

• High school diploma (required); EEC certification preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• 1+ years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (required).
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
• Physical ability to stand, sit on the floor, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing, joyful approach to care.
• Strong communication skills in speaking, hearing, reading, writing, and building relationships.
• Interest in growth within a mission‑driven preschool environment.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
