  • Plan and implement individual and small‑group lessons that integrate academics with Practical Life, Grace and Courtesy, and Cosmic Education.
  • Work collaboratively with the co‑teacher to set goals, support student growth, and guide the work of individuals and groups.
  • Present lessons in accordance with Montessori curriculum, pedagogy, and principles.
  • Educate the whole child by applying Montessori philosophy in a joyful, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
  • Actively observe students to identify interests and developmental readiness, guiding them toward appropriate materials that foster mastery and independence.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of student work, progress, and behavioral observations using school‑designated software platforms.
  • Participate in chaperoning off‑site field trips, physical education programs, and Outdoor Classroom experiences during the Spring semester.
  • Represent the school’s mission and values within the school community and to prospective families.
