Preschool Enrichment Instructor

As a Preschool Enrichment Instructor, you will play a vital role in introducing young children to the fundamentals of soccer through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities. Our program is designed to support preschool-aged children (ages 2-5) in developing their physical skills, social interactions, and love for being active in a non-competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead enriching soccer lessons that focus on motor skills development, teamwork, and self-confidence.
• Create a welcoming and safe environment that encourages participation and fosters a love for physical activity.
• Utilize positive reinforcement to promote self-esteem and enthusiasm among young learners.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and class activities.
• Maintain all equipment and ensure it is organized and safe for use.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching skills and program knowledge.

• Previous experience working with young children in an educational or recreational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both children and parents.
• Energetic, positive attitude with a passion for teaching and soccer.
• Availability to work flexible hours, especially during weekday mornings and afternoons.
• Willingness to complete background checks and maintain CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain it upon hiring).
