Interim Grade 2 Teacher at South Row Elementary School. The successful candidate will assume the role and responsibilities of a Grade 2 Teacher for a temporary assignment from Mid-August 31, 2026 through February 21, 2027 (dates subject to change).

Responsibilities include:

coordinate efforts with specialists assigned to provide additional specific services; confer with parents to promote better understanding of the pupil and his/her environment; assist and guide ancillary personnel; attend meetings and prepare and maintain all related records and reports reflecting activities as required or directed.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $200 to $200 Per Day

South Row is currently the smallest elementary school in Chelmsford with a student population of approximately 420 students in grades K-4. We have four sections at each grade level with class size ranging from 20‑25. South Row prides itself on having a very happy and friendly school culture where all the adults work in collaboration with one another in order to help our students learn and grow.

• Successful candidates will hold the appropriate degree and MA DESE Teaching License in the subject and grade level. BA degree required. BA degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education preferred. 1 year classroom experience preferred.
