Branch Services Training Lead — eLearning & In-Person Programs

• Develop and deliver instructor-led training for Branch Services employees

• Facilitate in-person and online interactive learning

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the n-Branch Coach program

• Evaluate new hire comprehension and provide feedback

• Collaborate with Branch Services Training manager and leadership teams

Requirements

• BA degree in Education, Business Administration, Organization Development, or a relevant field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in facilitating and developing adult learning content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in eLearning development software
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Extensive knowledge of DCU products and services
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
