General Description:
Provide special education instruction for students in a co-taught setting and provide academic support outside of the classroom setting. Work collaboratively with other teachers and administration to meet student needs.

The
C. Edith McCarthy Middle School is one of two middle schools in Chelmsford. Providing education for about 940 students from grades 7-8, we are one of the largest middle schools in the Merrimack Valley. Job Requirements- - MA DESE Teaching License:
PreK-8 or 5-12 Moderate Special Needs license - - Training and experience with specialized reading programs preferred.
- - Experience in modifying and adapting curriculum to ensure students can access the curriculum.
- - Strong organizational skills
- - Solid organizational skills.
- - Experience with IEP development.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
